* Your choice of 5 different outside ceremony sites

(inverter generator provided by Walnut Grove allows access to electric to all sites)

* Tables and Chairs that will accommodate all guests at reception and ceremony site

(we do not include table linens)

* Areas for all bridal party to prepare for wedding

* Lighted Guest Parking

* Handicap Accessible Bathrooms

* Caterer accommodations and Rustic Bar Area

* Two Kegerators, Commercial Fridge, Freezer, and Ice Storage Bin

* Decorating opportunities a week prior to the event

* No preferred vendor list; you choose each vendor to meet your specific needs

Venue Price: $7,500

 

*In order to secure your event date, half down of all venue fees are due at the time of the contract signing ($3,750.00)

 

*30 days prior to your event date, the remaining total of all venue fees are due ($3,750) as well as a separate refundable security payment dated for the day of your event ($500.00) This security payment will be returned if no damages occur to the venue.
